Shipping Policy


  • We ship all your orders using JNE Regular, for their term and condition and shipping leadtime you can check their web at
  • We will deliver your purchased item(s) once we have received invoiced full amount transfer.
  • Our Finance will check your payment every Monday – Friday at 4PM. So if you transferred your order invoice at 5PM and afterwards, it will be processed the following day.
  • You will be sent an email confirmation 1 day after your order has been dispatched with tracking information.

  • Customers will be charged shipping fees based on the weight of their order. If the accumulated weight exceeds 1 kg, another kg will be added to shipping fees. Weight of every item is stated on the product detail page.


  • We do not responsible in risk of loss of the merchandise once the goods are received at the designated address based on the report of the shipping company (JNE)
  • We do not take responsibility if JNE can't deliver the package in time do to incomplete address, misspelled address or no recipient at the address. Please check your JNE shipping code in the 'Track Order' links at the top of the page and call JNE customer service (021-2927 8888) to deal with the problem.


Once your order has been shipped via JNE (domestic), you will receive an automated e-mail with your tracking information. Your tracking information can also be found by logging in to your account and viewing your orders.
