Shipping Policy

DOMESTIC DELIVERIES

  • We ship all your orders using JNE Regular, for their term and condition and shipping leadtime you can check their web at www.jne.co.id
  • We will deliver your purchased item(s) once we have received invoiced full amount transfer.
  • Our Finance will check your payment every Monday – Friday at 4PM. So if you transferred your order invoice at 5PM and afterwards, it will be processed the following day.
  • You will be sent an email confirmation 1 day after your order has been dispatched with tracking information.

OVERSEAS DELIVERIES

  • We use Rayspeed INDONESIA for details regarding their term and condition you can check their web: http://Rayspeed/id

SHIPPING FEE

  • Please refer to www.jne.co.id for domestic rates. International rates are upon request.
  • International rates may change based on exchanged rate. For shipping cost and order please contact our customer service: contactus@atsthelabel.com
  • Customers will be charged shipping fees based on the weight of their order. If the accumulated weight exceeds 1 kg, another kg will be added to shipping fees. Weight of every item is stated on the product detail page.

SHIPPING RULES & RESTRICTIONS

  • We do not responsible in risk of loss of the merchandise once the goods are received at the designated address based on the report of the shipping company (JNE)
  • We do not take responsibility if JNE can't deliver the package in time do to incomplete address, misspelled address or no recipient at the address. Please check your JNE shipping code in the 'Track Order' links at the top of the page and call JNE customer service (021-2927 8888) to deal with the problem.

TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT

Once your order has been shipped via JNE (domestic), you will receive an automated e-mail with your tracking information. Your tracking information can also be found by logging in to your account and viewing your orders.

Return and Exchange

We can only accept return for exchange under these following conditions:

  • The product that you received have a manufacturing fault
  • The product remained unwashed with its original hang tang and label
  • The product isn’t SALE product
  • The request for return should be submitted maximum 8 (eight) working days after the shipment.
  • Customer should bear all the required shipping cost.
  • We can only give you exchange while stock last. If the product is out of stock, we can only give you refund in form of store credit or with other product.

DOES THE PRODUCT HAVE SIZE?

Most of our products are available in All Size (it fits from size S to L). However for some other products, we might have smaller or larger size. We will notify on the product page if the concerning product is available in varied sizes.

ARE YOUR PRODUCT MANUFACTURED IN INDONESIA?

Yes, our products are self manufactured in Indonesia.

I WOULD LIKE TO ORDER SOLD OUT ITEMS. IS IT POSSIBLE?

You can drop your email on that 'sold out item' page. Our system will notify you by email once the product is back in stock.

CAN I ADD ITEMS AFTER I CHECKING OUT?

Unfortunately you can't, because after checking out your order is recorded. If you want to add items, kindly make a new order.

DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARD PAYMENT?

We do, by using paypal account.

CAN I PURCHASE FROM OVERSEAS?

We do ship overseas and accept paypal payment. Please contact our customer service: contactus@atsthelabel.com for shipping fee and details.

WHY ARE MY ORDER CANCELLED?

Maximum payment for an order is 1x24 hrs after order have been placed. If payment has not been completed after the time limit, the order will be canceled automatically.

CAN I GET MY ORDER EARLIER THAN THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?Unfortunately you can't. Because we need time to check your payment, quality control and pack your order.

WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE RECEIVE HE PACKAGE BUT THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE PRODUCT?

CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN SALE ITEM(S)?

No you can't, sale items are non-changable and non-refundable. All sale items are final.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED/SENT?Unfortunately you can’t. We only ship the order to the address written.

HOW SOON CAN I GET MY ORDER?

After you order, transfer, and confirm your payment, we will process the order the NEXT DAY / in 24 hours. Note that process is only checking the payment, preparing and delivering the goods to the shipping company. After that, the shipping company needs certain amount of time to deliver it to you, varies from 1-2 days for domestic and 3-8 days for international deliveries. In short, from confirmation time the order will arrive earliest in 3 days. For more info, click “Shipping Policy” sectionat the bottom of the page.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You can sign in and view your order history and status in my account.
